Vegan Mix with Miso Almond Butter Sauce
What you will need
1 sliced onion
10 oz sliced mushrooms
10 oz shaved Brussels sprouts
10 oz English peas
8 oz cubed tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
Miso almond butter sauce
1 tbsp light miso
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirim
1 tbsp water (if you need to thin the sauce)
How to cook

Cook the onion with the olive oil on medium heat. Until they are very tender, almost burnt

Add the mushrooms and cook well for about 5 minutes

Add the Brussels sprouts and stir week

Add the peas and stir well

Add the tofu and stir well

Serve with the miso almond butter sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds to make it look even better!
