What you will need

1 sliced onion

10 oz sliced mushrooms

10 oz shaved Brussels sprouts

10 oz English peas

8 oz cubed tofu

1 tbsp olive oil

Miso almond butter sauce

1 tbsp light miso

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp mirim

1 tbsp water (if you need to thin the sauce)

How to cook
