This salad combines summer favorites with a little tangy vinaigrette and mint for a sweet and savory experience.
What you will need
2 Slicing Tomatoes
2 lbs Watermelon
1 English Cucumber
1/4 Red Onion
14 oz Corn
0.5 oz Mint Leaves
DRESSING
3 Tbsp Red-Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Gather ingredients. Cube your watermelon into about 1 inch chunks. Cube the cucumber and tomatoes into about 1/4 inch pieces. Dice the onion and the mint. Open and drain the water from the corn can.

Add the cubed watermelon to your salad bowl.

Add the cubbed cucumber to a large mixing bowl with the cubed watermelon.
