Yam & Potato Purée

What you will need

2 yams

2 potatoes

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

Salt & pepper to taste

How to cook

Cook the cubes potatoes in the pressure cooker for 13 minutes with water

With a slotted spoon, separate the potatoes from the water and put it in a separate pot

Stir well until the puree forms

Add the egg and the butter, still well and cook for about 5 minutes stirring constantly. Season and serve!
