This unique dressing brings the sweetness of apricot jam, and the tang of balsamic vinegar.

What you will need

1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 bunch Parsley

1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard

2 Tbsp Apricot Jam

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

6 Tbsp Olive Oil
