What you will need

1 lb chicken, cut into cubes

1 tbsp butter

20 oz pelled tomatoes

16 oz heavy whip cream

Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

How to cook

Brown the chicken with butter

Add the tomato paste and cook well until is dries almost completely. This can take from 10 to 30 minutes. It depends on how much time you have

Switch off the heat and add the whip cream. Stir well and season

Serve over rice
