1 cup dry oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
pinch of salt

How to cook
Gather all ingredients
Add chocolate chips, oats, and cocoa powder to the bowl.
Add peanut butter and honey and begin stirring together.
Mix the ingredients together and add vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture begins to stick together and become moldable.
Refrigerate for 30 min to set dough
Refrigerate for 30 mins to set up.
Remove from fridge and portion heaping tablespoons of dough into your hand.
Roll the refrigerated dough into bite sized balls between your hands.
You can serve these immediately or put in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for much longer.
