2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

How to cook
Keeping the stem side intact, cut the cabbage into 3 or 4 sections and slice into thin shreds.
Wash and grate the carrots and put into the bowl with the cabbage.
Add the apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the cabbage and carrots.
Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and sugar to the bowl as well.
Stir until the dressing is well incorporated.
