Coleslaw is a great summer side and a necessity on a pulled pork sandwich!

What you will need

1 lb Cabbage

2 Carrots

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Sugar

Keeping the stem side intact, cut the cabbage into 3 or 4 sections and slice into thin shreds.

Wash and grate the carrots and put into the bowl with the cabbage.
