This is just a classic egg salad that is super easy and delicious to throw together for lunch on a toast or a sandwich. I love to add fresh dill, but that is totally optional.
What you will need
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Salt
pinch Black Pepper
1 Tbsp chopped Fresh Dill, optional(Nutritional facts 189 calories, 15.97 g fat, 1.14 g carbohydrates, 9.56 g protein, 284 mg cholesterol, 811 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gather and portion all ingredients. Hard boil the eggs if you haven't already.
Chop the eggs into about 1/4 inch cubes.
Chop the fresh dill and add to the eggs.
Add the mayonnaise to a bowl with the eggs and dill.
Add the salt and pepper to taste.
Stir together until well combined, and enjoy!
