These tortilla pizzas are so easy! This one is a great option for any meal of the day. A sunny side up egg cooks right on top of the pizza and pairs great with the prosciutto.
What you will need
4 large Tortillas
6 oz Pizza Sauce
4 oz Shredded Mozzarella
2 oz Prosciutto

How to cook
Gather and portion the ingredients.
Heat a pan to medium heat and add a little oil. Add the tortilla to the pan and move it around to coat the bottom of the tortilla.
Add a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce to the tortilla and spread around with the back of the spoon. Add the mozzarella cheese.
Crack an egg and let it fall into the middle of the pizza. Add the lid and let cook for 5 mins.
Remove the lid and add the prosciutto!
