These tortilla pizzas are so easy! Just build it right on the pan. These Mediterranean style toppings are really tasty. Perfect snack or meal ready in minutes!
What you will need
4 large Tortillas
4 tbsp Olive Oil
6 oz Pizza Sauce
1/2 Red Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 oz Kalamata Olives

How to cook
Gather all ingredients, and heat a 10-12" frying pan.
Once the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and the tortilla.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the tortilla.
Add a lid to the pan and cook with just the pizza sauce for 3 minutes.
Open the pan and add your toppings.
Cover and cook again for 2 more minutes, or until the onions are slightly softened.
If you desire, garnish your pizza pith parsley.
Slice and serve immediately.
