What you will need

.25 oz Fresh Basil

1/4 bunch Fresh Parsley

1 Lemon

1/2 bunch Green Onion

1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

1 Clove Garlic

1 Avocado

1 Red Bell Pepper, optional

1 Cucumber, optional

1 pint Cherry Tomato, optional

8 oz Baby Carrots, optional

In the base of a food processor or blender, add the avocado. Ideally use a soft ripe avocado!
