Green Goddess Dip with Crudite
Add this unique creamy and herbaceous sauce to your crudité platter to really impress your guests!
What you will need
.25 oz Fresh Basil
1/4 bunch Fresh Parsley
1 Lemon
1/2 bunch Green Onion
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 Clove Garlic
1 Avocado
1 Red Bell Pepper, optional
1 Cucumber, optional
1 pint Cherry Tomato, optional
8 oz Baby Carrots, optional

Gather and portion ingredients.

In the base of a food processor or blender, add the avocado. Ideally use a soft ripe avocado!

Add the peeled garlic clove and plain yogurt to the food processor.

Chop about 3 green onions into smaller pieces and add to the food processor. Pull the parsley and basil leaves from the stems until you have a small handful of each. Add those to the mix as well.

Add about 2 tsp of juice from the lemon.

Blend the dip in the food processor until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Serve with your favorite veggies!
