Lemon Cumin Marinade
What you will need
2 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
1 Lemon

Gather the ingredients.

Peel the garlic cloves and grate using a microplane, or crush to a paste with a kitchen knife.

Pour the olive oil into a medium mixing bowl.

Add the crushed garlic.

Add the dried oregano.

Add the cumin.

Add the paprika.

Add the salt.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the marinade. Watch out for the seeds.

Whisk it all together.

Pour over your meat and marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 days refrigerated.
