Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

This creamy dressing gets its flavor from tahini: ground sesame seeds. It is great with hearty salads,works well for dipping veggies, and even over grilled chicken.
What you will need
1/3 cup Tahini
4 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
pinch Salt
pinch Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cumin
Water to thin

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Smash the garlic with the flat side of the knife, remove the papery skin, and finely chop.

Add the chopped garlic to a small bowl.

Cut the lemon in half and extract the juice.
