1/2 cup Microwavable Quinoa

1/3 cup Raisins

1 Carrot

1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, optional

LEMON TAHINI DRESSING

1/3 cup Tahini

4 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 clove Garlic

pinch Salt

1/4 tsp Cumin

pinch ground Black Pepper

Water to thin
