When you don't have time to cook dinner, order these simple ingredients to whip up a quick meal. Keep these ingredients in the fridge and pull them out whenever you need!

1 cup Ricotta
.25 oz Fresh Basil
2 oz Prosciutto
1/4 cup Honey

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
If you can't find hot honey at the grocery store, it only takes a few minutes over the stove. Warm honey until it becomes more liquid and add the red pepper flakes. Let the honey heat until it bubbles just a little and stir for about 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and store in an airtight container!
Slice the focaccia into portions and top with a dollop of ricotta cheese. Spread over the bread.
Thinly slice the nectarine and lay over the top of the ricotta.
