Frozen potstickers can be a bit boring on their own, but paired with snap peas, mushrooms and some sauce, they are transformed!
What you will need
8 frozen Pot Stickers
1/2 lb Microwavable Rice
1 cup fresh Snap Peas
10oz Frozen Mushrooms
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce(Nutritional facts 103 calories, 3.31 g fat, 10.83 g carbohydrates, 7.27 g protein, 0 mg cholesterol, 794 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gather all ingredients.
Portion all ingredients.
Add a little neutral oil to a heavy skillet set over medium high heat. Add the potstickers and brown on one side for about 3 minutes and then flip.
Add the snap peas once the potstickers are browned. Then add the frozen mushroom and let thaw. Drain excess liquid from the pan.
Add the teriyaki sauce and let the sauce warm through and thicken for about 4-5 minutes until peas and mushrooms are warmed through.
Microwave the rice, and portion the stir fry over the rice.
