Chunks of fresh walnut in a sherry vinaigrette.

What you will need

1 Shallot

3 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Honey

1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil

2 oz. Chopped Walnuts

Salt
