Spanish-style shrimp with zucchini noodles. Super quick. Super healthy.
What you will need
10 oz. Zucchini Noodles
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1/2 lb Shrimp

How to cook
Gather the ingredients.
Toss the zucchini noodles with a little salt. Set them aside for a few minutes to allow the salt to draw out some excess moisture.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
When the butter begins to bubble, stir in the paprika.
Stir in the garlic and toast just until fragrant.
After sitting in salt, the zucchini should be giving off a lot of water. Gather it up in a bundle and give it a good squeeze to get rid of as much of that liquid as possible.
Add the zucchini noodles and saute briefly.
Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and no longer translucent.
Season as needed.
