Chocolate-coated Peanut Butter Truffles
Also known as Peanut Butter Buckeyes, these chocolate covered peanut butter truffles are to die for!!! Just like a homemade Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
What you will need
¾ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ cup Unsalted Butter
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
1¾ cup Powdered Sugar
6 oz Chocolate Chips

Gather and portion ingredients.

Add creamy peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together with a spatula until well combined. Feel free to use your hands if it is easier!

Use your hands to form tablespoon sized balls of the peanut butter mixture.

Continue dipping the peanut butter balls until all are coated. Warm chocolate over the double boiler if it cools too much to dip.

Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then they are ready to serve!
