Instant Pot Beans & Pork Shoulder

What you will need
1 lb Pinto Beans
1 lb pork shoulder
4 garlic cloves
3 Bay leaves
2 tsp Salt
Water to cover beans

Hydrate the beans for about 5 hours.

Chop the pork shoulder and mince the garlic

In a pressure Cooker, brown the pork well

Add the garlic

Add the beans

Cover with water, add the bay leaves and the salt

Cover and cook on high pressure for 10/15 minutes (it all depends of how long you hydrated the beans)

Wait for the pressure to release on its own, open and stir

If there is too much water, you may remove some of the water or simmer and crush some beans to make a thicker stew
