With a little bit of tang, sweetness, and spice - this bright citrus salad goes great with this lightly seasoned whitefish.
What you will need
Citrus Salad
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Green Onion
1 Orange
1 Grapefruit
1 tsp Honey
1 Avocado
pinch Salt
1/2 Fresno Chili, optional
Fish
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 lbs Tilapia Fillets

Gather all ingredients. If frozen, thaw the tilapia before pan-frying.

Portion all ingredients.

Cut the lime in half and extract the juice of one half. Slice the other half into wedges.

Chop off the root end of the green onions and slice into super thin rounds.

Slice on either side of the segments to remove the fruit sections.

Slice the orange segments into 1/2 inch pieces.

Slice the top and bottom off of the grapefruit. Run the knife around the outside of the orange between the fruit and the peel. You will want to fully remove the pith so you can cut out the segments.
