What you will need
4 large Tortillas
1 tbsp Olive oil
6 oz Pizza Sauce
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella

How to cook
Gather all ingredients, and heat a 10-12" frying pan.
Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the heated pan and add the tortilla. Spread pizza sauce on top of the tortilla.
Add tomatoes and fresh mozarella
Top the pan with a lid, and cook on medium-low until the cheese melts. Add fresh basil once melted, and serve.
