Ricotta Toast 3 Ways
Make beautiful appetizers for a crowd with these sweet ricotta toasts featuring fresh fruit and jam and a sprinkle of fresh mint!
What you will need
1 Baguette
15 oz Ricotta
3 Tbsp Honey
8 oz Strawberries
2 Oranges
1/4 cup Berry Jam

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Slice the top and bottom off of the orange and then remove the remaining peel with the knife so that the fruit is exposed.

Wash and remove the strawberry stems. Slice the strawberries.

Slice the bread at a pretty steep angle to create large pieces.

Toast the bread, adding a little butter if you prefer.

Top each toast with a healthy dollop of ricotta and spread over the bread.

Top three of the toasts with a dollop of jam.

Top three pieces with a few orange segments.

Top the remaining toasts with sliced strawberries.

Drizzle the honey over the toasts. If the honey is hardened, microwave for a few seconds to liquify.
