Slow Cooker Bbq Baby Back Ribs
Marinated with white wine
What you will need
1 kg of pork ribs
7 garlic cloves
BBQ Sauce
Salt
White whine
Bay leaves
Oregano

Put the wine in a platter and with the bay leaves, garlic oregano and salt.

Place the ribs in the platter and close it with plastic or aluminium paper and leave in the fridge for 6 hours.
COOKING

If you can, set the temperature around 200-220Β° and put the ribs in the oven for 5 to 6 hours. Turn the ribs every hour to cook evenly.

After 4 or 5 hours you can put the BBQ sauce every hour until you think it's done.
