Gelato fatto a casa
Lo zabaione è di gran lunga il mio dessert preferito. Il gelato lo porta a un livello che non avrei mai pensato possibile.
Quello di cui avrai bisogno
6 tuorli d'uovo
200 g di zucchero
90 ml di marsala o porto
1/2 crema di chantilly
3 albumi

Sbattere finché la crema è cotta, ma mantenendo una consistenza soffice.
