A basic ground beef taco filling for use in tacos, burritos, quesadillas or taco salads.
What you will need
2 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried Oregano

How to cook
Peel the garlic cloves and chop or crush finely.
Pour some olive oil into a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Let it get hot enough that it's almost beginning to smoke. Don't forget to turn on the kitchen fan.
Stir the garlic into the hot oil and let it toast until you can smell the garlic.
Add the cumin.
Add the paprika.
Add the oregano.
Continue cooking the ground beef, stirring frequently, for about 5 more minutes, or until the spices are toasted and the beef is browned through.
Give it a taste and add a little salt as needed.
