Ground Beef Tacos
Taco night! Seasoned ground beef with sour cream, lettuce, salsa and cilantro.
What you will need
2 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
FOR ASSEMBLY
1 head Lettuce
2 oz. Salsa
12 Corn Tortillas
2 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 bunch Cilantro

Assemble the ingredients.

Pour some olive oil into a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Let it get hot enough that it's almost beginning to smoke. Don't forget to turn on the kitchen fan.

Stir the garlic into the hot oil and let it toast until you can smell the garlic.

Add the ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the cumin.

Add the paprika.

Stir in the dried oregano.

Continue cooking the ground beef, stirring frequently, for about 5 more minutes, or until the spices are toasted and the beef is browned through.

Give it a taste and add a little salt as needed.

Peel off a few good leaves from your lettuce. Roll them up and and slice them thin.

Heat up the tortillas.

Setup your taco station and lay out a tortilla.

Add a dollop of sour cream.

Lay out some lettuce.

Add a spoonful of salsa.

Add some filling.

Garnish with a couple of sprigs of cilantro.
