Healthy Summer Smoothie
What you will need
3 leaves of kale
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 apple
1/2 cup (250 g) almond butter
1 Tbsp (5 g) cocoa powder
2 cups (240 ml) coconut water

Pinch the leaf of the kale around the stem towards the base and pull your fingers along the stem to remove the leaf.
