Spruce up your canned tuna! This is an awesome healthy snack that you can whip up in just a few minutes.
What you will need
10 oz Canned Tuna
15.5 oz can Chickpeas
½ cup Kalamata Olives
½ cup Feta Cheese
1 Red Bell Pepper
½ Red Onion
1 pint Grape Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Fresh Mint
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 head of Iceberg lettuce (optional)(Nutritional facts 84 calories, 3.41 g fat, 6.91 g carbohydrates, 6.72 g protein, 7 mg cholesterol, 216 mg sodium)
How to cook
These are all the ingredients you will need. Mostly staples you probably already have at home. Rinse and drain chickpeas, halve tomatoes, chop the mint and slice the onion.
Mix olive oil, dijon mustard and lemon zest.
To make the dressing squeeze the juice one lemon, add salt & pepper and the mint.
Incorporate all dressing ingredients well together.
Add chickpeas, tuna and grape tomatoes.
Bell pepper and onions.
Olives and feta cheese.
Place a scoop of the tuna mixture in a large piece of lettuce.
Add some more fresh mint and wrap up.
And no-cook necessary.
