Spruce up your canned tuna! This is an awesome healthy snack that you can whip up in just a few minutes.

What you will need

SALAD

10 oz Canned Tuna

15.5 oz can Chickpeas

½ cup Kalamata Olives

½ cup Feta Cheese

1 Red Bell Pepper

½ Red Onion

1 pint Grape Tomatoes

DRESSING

1 Lemon

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 tsp Fresh Mint

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Sea Salt

FOR SERVING

1 head of Iceberg lettuce (optional)
