I love madeleines. Like a combo between cake and cookies. I still need to play with the texture on these, but the flavor is nice..

What you will need

6 tbsp butter

110g nutella

3 eggs

100g sugar

110g AP flour

10g baking powder

1 madeleine baking mold

1 nonstick spray

flour for dusting, as needed

Bake Madeleines at 400F for about 8-10 minutes. They should still be a little gooey in the center.
