These tortilla pizzas are so easy! Just build it right on the pan, add the lid and let the cheese melt. You can add your favorite toppings, but this classic pepperoni is always a good choice. Perfect snack or meal ready in minutes!
What you will need
4 large Tortillas
1 tbsp Olive Oil
6 oz Pizza Sauce
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella

How to cook
Gather all ingredients, and heat a 10-12" frying pan.
Add the olive oil to the hot pan. Place the tortilla on top and spread the pizza sauce.
Add your toppings. I like double pepperoni layers on mine.
Add a lid to the pan and cook on medium heat until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
