Skillet Spinach & Artichoke Dip
This creamy, cheesy warm dip is a lovable classic! Its fun to serve in a little skillet with pita chips, tortilla chips or fresh warm bread.
What you will need
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
12 oz Artichoke Hearts
10 oz Frozen Spinach
1 clove Garlic
pinch Salt
pinch Black Pepper

Gather and portion ingredients.

Set oven to 350 °F

Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or overnight in the fridge. Squeeze out all the liquid through a fine mesh strainer.

Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.

Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and whisk for a few minutes until smooth and fluffy. Add the mayonnaise and whip together.

Add half of the parmesan to the bowl and all of the spinach.

Add in the chopped artichokes.

Grate or finely chop the garlic and add to the mixture. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Stir to combine.

Lightly grease an oven safe baking pan or skillet and add the spinach dip mixture.

Top the dip with the remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes and then broil for 4-5 minutes to brown the top if you like!
