Skillet Spinach & Artichoke Dip
This creamy, cheesy warm dip is a lovable classic! Its fun to serve in a little skillet with pita chips, tortilla chips or fresh warm bread.

Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or overnight in the fridge. Squeeze out all the liquid through a fine mesh strainer.

Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.

Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and whisk for a few minutes until smooth and fluffy. Add the mayonnaise and whip together.

Add in the chopped artichokes.

Grate or finely chop the garlic and add to the mixture. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Stir to combine.

Lightly grease an oven safe baking pan or skillet and add the spinach dip mixture.
