Take tacos, ditch the tortillas, toss it all together, and feed a crowd.
What you will need
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Tbsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheese
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
6 oz. can Black Olives, optional(Nutritional facts 175 calories, 9.91 g fat, 6.32 g carbohydrates, 15.63 g protein, 39 mg cholesterol, 573 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gather the ingredients.
Add a little oil to a pan. warm it up over medium heat. Meanwhile, get your spices ready.
Add the ground beef. Break it apart with a wooden spoon.
As the beef begins to brown, add the cumin.
Toss in the onion powder.
Add the garlic powder.
Add the chili powder. Stir it all up. Continue cooking until ground beef is cooked through.
Add some salt to taste.
Dice up the tomato.
Strain and slice the olives.
Cut the lettuce in half. Cut out the core. Chop up the lettuce.
Juice the lemon and toss the juice with the chopped lettuce.
Add a few turns of black pepper.
Toss with dried oregano.
Now, you can just toss all of the ingredients together, but it's kinda fun to let everyone make their own taco bowl. Start with some lettuce.
Add some chopped olives.
Add a scoop of ground beef.
Add some shredded cheese.
And finish with some diced tomatoes.
