These tacos were one of my favorite childhood dinners. They are super fun to assemble and you can put on your favorite toppings. Not to mention that satisfying crunch!

What you will need

1 lb Ground Beef

1 oz Taco Seasoning

8 crispy Taco Shells or Tostadas

1 cup Mexican Shredded Cheese

1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce

1/2 cup Salsa

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 Avocado

Gather and portion all ingredients.

 spatula as it cooks. Cook for about 6 minutes or until fully browned. Drain all but about a tablespoon of the fat from the pan.

Split the avocado in half, remove the pit and slice.
