3-ingredient Banana Cookies
With the sweetness of the banana, these healthy cookies pass as a good substitute for the real thing. So quick to make, and kids love them!
What you will need
1 cup Oats
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

How to cook
Gather all ingredients plus a dash of salt. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Smash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the salt and rolled oats and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
Grab a cookie sheet/baking pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Roll a heaping tablespoon of the dough in your hands to create balls and place in the baking pan. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
