5 Minute Cup Brownies
with coconut caramel
What you will need
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp flour(Nutritional facts 257 calories, 10.64 g fat, 35.31 g carbohydrates, 4.76 g protein, 17 mg cholesterol, 1200 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gently mix all of the ingredients, scraping the edges of the cup until everything is fully incorporated. Smooth out the top and try to clean the sides a little.
Try to smooth the top as best you can.
On high power, for about 60 seconds. Simple as that.
Great as-is, or make some vegan coconut caramel to drizzle on top for that German Chocolate Cake effect.
