How to cook
Gather all ingredients.
Remove the stem and root of the onion. Take off the outer skin and cut in half. Slice into thin strips.
Slice the avocado into strips. Carefully use a knife to grab the pit from the avocado to remove it.
Cut the cherry or grape tomatoes in half.
Cut the eggs into 1/2 inch chunks.
Slice a few times lengthwise into the head of romaine, leaving the stem in tact, and then slice into bite sized strips. Portion the romaine into four individual bowls, or use one large salad bowl.
Top the chopped romaine with the cubed egg, tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
Add the avocado slices, and crumbled blue cheese.
Top the cobb salad with bacon crumbles and the blue cheese dressing.
Toss to combine and serve!
