Just as easy as the blue box and way better. Substitute any cheese you like, so long as it will melt easily.
What you will need
1 lb Macaroni
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
8 oz. Sharp Shredded Cheddar

How to cook
Just those 3 ingredients. And some water.
Toss the uncooked, dry macaroni into a sauce pot.
Add just enough water to submerge the macaroni completely.
Bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring often, until macaroni is nearly tender.
Stir in the can of evaporated milk.
Dump in the cheese. Stir it into the macaroni. The cheese will melt into the evaporated milk and form a thick, creamy sauce.
Add a little salt and pepper if you like, or any other seasoning that you might like. I usually like to add some paprika for a little bit of a smokey flavor.
