Nacho Beef Skillet
One pan nachos. Minimal cleanup.
What you will need
1 Vine Ripe Tomato
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 cup Precooked Rice
4 oz. Green Chilies
16 oz. Tortilla Chips
12 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream, optional
Red Onion, optional
Cilantro, optional

Preheat oven to 350°F
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Heat some oil over high heat in a heavy skillet. Add the ground beef and break it apart.

Add the cumin.

Add the chili powder. Stir the spices into the ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes.

Stir in the precooked rice.

Stir in the can of green chiles.

Add the tortilla chips. Stir until well mixed, breaking the tortilla chips into smaller pieces.

Mix about 1/2 of the shredded cheese into the skillet.

Scatter the remaining cheese evenly over the top.

Scatter the tomato evenly over the top of the cheese.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, cilantro and finely diced red onion or any other toppings you see fit.
