Prosciutto & Arugula Tortilla Pizza
What you will need
4 large Tortillas
4 tbsp Olive oil
6 oz Pizza Sauce
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
1 oz Prosciutto
3 oz Arugula

How to cook
Gather all ingredients, and heat a 10-12" frying pan.
Once the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and the tortilla.
Add the pizza sauce and the shredded mozzarella.
Add a lid to the pan and cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
Remove from pan and add toppings. Start with the arugula.
Top with the prosciutto and tomatoes.
Slice and serve immediately.
