Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies
Gluten free, peanut free, and refined sugar free, these cookies almost count as being healthy - but they are also delicious!
What you will need
1 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 cup Almond Flour
1 Egg

Add the tahini and maple syrup to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips and almond flour.

Let the dough firm up in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After refrigerating and the dough, mix in the baking soda and egg.

Use a scoop or your hands go roll about 2 tbsp sized cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes. The outside should be set, but they will still be nice and gooey on the inside.

Sprinkle with flaky salt if you like, and transfer those you didn't already eat to a wire rack to cool.
