Get dinner done in 20 minutes! This flaky fish goes great with just simple butter and garlic. Feel free to swap out asparagus, red pepper or other quick cooking veggies for green beans if you like.
What you will need
1 lbs Tilapia
1/4 cup Butter
3 cloves Garlic
12 oz Green Beans
1 lb Cherry Tomatoes
2 tsp Italian Seasoning

How to cook
Set oven to 425 °F
Melt the butter.
Squish the garlic clove with the flat side of the knife so that the peel is easy to remove. Chop the garlic.
Combine the melted butter and garlic.
Squeeze about 2 tbsp of lemon juice into the butter sauce.
Add the italian seasoning and stir to combine.
Pour the butter sauce over the fish and coat both sides.
Drizzle olive oil over the green beans and tomatoes.
Season the green beans, fish, and tomatoes with a few generous pinches of salt and black pepper. Mix to evenly coat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425°F or until fish is white and flaking.
