Chicken Fried Rice
Transform this pre-made frozen fried rice mix with the addition of some extra veggies and sauces. This recipe is super versatile so feel free to mix it up and add beef, tofu, or other veggies that you love.
What you will need
20 oz Fried Rice Mix
2 small Bok Choy
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Gather all ingredients.

Cut the breast in half by placing your hand flat on top and running the knife through the chicken. Cut into thin strips.

Chop the bottom off of each head so that the leaves separate. Chop into one inch pieces.

Crack two eggs in a bowl and scramble with a fork.

Add the sesame oil to a medium high preheated pan and add chicken strips. Lay strips flat and cook.

Add bok choy to the pan with the chicken when the chicken is about halfway cooked. Make a space in the pan and pour in the scrambled egg. Stir until cooked.

Mix everything together and add the frozen fried rice mix.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir to combine.
