Fruit salad is a great addition to any breakfast or brunch for a crowd. You can do all the work beforehand to prepare it! Feel free to switch out any of the fruits for your favorites!

What you will need

FOR THE DRESSING

1/4 cup Honey

1/2 Orange

Zest of 1 Lemon

FOR THE SALAD

1 lb Strawberries

8 oz Grapes

1/2 Pineapple

1 Orange

1 Apple

2 Kiwis

1 Pear

6 oz Blueberries

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Give the fruit a quick rinse in a collander.

Pluck the grapes off of the vine and cut in half.

Cut out the stem of the strawberry and cut into quarters.

Cut around the core of the pear and apple and chop into small cubes.

Cut the peel off of the orange.
