This is a super fresh version of egg salad with the addition of creamy avocado and chives. This is great on toast, or in lettuce wraps!

What you will need

6 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 Avocado

3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp fresh Chives

pinch of Salt

pinch of ground Black Pepper
