Chicken thighs in a classic, Hawaiian huli huli sauce. Very similar to chicken teriyaki.

What you will need

1 inch Fresh Ginger

1 clove Garlic

¼ cup Brown Sugar

¼ cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Ketchup

1.5 lb Chicken Thighs

1 bunch Scallions

Whisk to combine ingredients.
